The Challenge

So my workout partner decided to challenge me today, he said the only way I could lose weight is by following his regimen only and that i couldn't do it on my own. So now it is on. I have to get down to 175 and ripped by May 28th. I think I can do it, and I will prove that I can do what I fput my mind to physically.

Muscle Max is the best

So today I took the Muscle Max Class. It ain't no punk. That class will rip you up. I did good today, I didn't stop as much and I am getting used to managing my endurance. I just wish I could get a handle on this diet.

I think I am going to put up a pick on friday so we can see where I am at. I missed last week from being sick, but I think I do have some results, maybe I will keep my shirt on for the pic.
